Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is an Hollywood actor, writer and best-selling novelist. Her talent has earned her recognition across the world. Sagittarius. She was born in North Carolina, on 3rd December 1960. She's the third oldest siblings who were born to Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper and Anne a psychologist. She's English and Scottish. Moore was often in and out of her family due to the job for her father. This made it difficult to keep or meet new friends. Moore was able to start acting in plays as she travelled with her family members to Germany. She continued her studies through Boston University, graduating in 1983 with an B.F.A. Moore graduated in 1983, with a B.F.A. Moore's career began with her debut in New York with Off-Broadway Theater after graduation.
